Description –   We have 10’s of thousands of these panels. Customers have been purchasing these for over a decade  …  Yesterday,  1/31/25,  we received our first complaint…  Otherwise we have had 1000’s of satisfied customers.  The problem for this customer is that the panels have a pigmented coat ,  though they are vegetable tanned, drum dyed.   The pigment coat prevents  FINE gold tooling.  The leather accepts gold foil without a doubt and is great for students,  teaching, economical book covers.
